We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Renewals Program Manager to play a key role in shaping and scaling our Global Renewals Team. This role will drive strategic initiatives and programs focused on improving the efficiency, accuracy, and predictability of our renewals processes across the Renewals organization. You will collaborate with the Renewals Leadership Team (RLT) as well as cross-function stakeholders to design, implement, and manage programs that drive customer value, retention, and insight. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where your ability to manage complex projects, analyze data, and effectively communicate with stakeholders will be crucial to your success.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Strategy & Execution – Design, implement, and optimize Renewals programs in collaboration with the RLT and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive Key Programs - Lead the organization and execution of key Renewals Programs including forecast cadence, Renewals Foundations, recognition, and other team initiatives and special projects. 
  • Foster Collaboration – Drive program adoption and alignment within the Renewals Team and in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g. Customer Success, Enablement, Sales)
  • Metrics & Reporting – Define KPIs, track program performance, and provide actionable insights to improve impact.
  • Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve workflows and key stakeholder experiences. 
  • Communication & Change Management – Develop resources and communication strategies to align with Renewals priorities and measure & monitor change effectiveness.
  • Technology & Tools – Utilize key platforms (Asana, G-Suite, and SFDC) to provide an organized and seamless experience for stakeholders  

Skills / What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale strategic programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets), project management (Asana)
  • Passion for customer experience, renewals sales, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:
$108,000$162,000 USD

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:
$86,000$130,000 CAD
