We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Renewals Program Manager to play a key role in shaping and scaling our Global Renewals Team. This role will drive strategic initiatives and programs focused on improving the efficiency, accuracy, and predictability of our renewals processes across the Renewals organization. You will collaborate with the Renewals Leadership Team (RLT) as well as cross-function stakeholders to design, implement, and manage programs that drive customer value, retention, and insight. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where your ability to manage complex projects, analyze data, and effectively communicate with stakeholders will be crucial to your success.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
