• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training content and quality nuances for global business services teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for training-need-analysis and ongoing training recommendations.
• Conduct daily audits based on quality assurance parameters.
• Lead continuous process improvement and analyze performance reports to drive positive value and impact.
