FP&A Senior Analyst (Hybrid Role - New York)

OLAPLEX, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial forecasting, business planning, and management reporting in a newly created role.

Skills

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with Netsuite ERP and Tableau is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Support financial reporting and budgeting processes
Build and maintain financial models
Provide variance analysis and cause of change determination
Deliver reporting and dashboards on sales channels
Provide insights to leadership and the Board of Directors
Drive continuous improvement in finance function

Education

4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or related field
