Sales Support Specialists are an integral part of the team here at Olea, and the main point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders throughout the manufacturing process. The role is focused on providing a premium experience for our customers, by leveraging the most up-to-date technology to efficiently track and communicate progress to them.

Like what you've seen so far? Here's a closer look at the primary duties of our Sales Support Specialists:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Assist customers with day-to-day questions and concerns, through various means, including E-mail, phone, screen-share, and in-person meetings
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives through management of internal and external expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges on customer projects
  • Track customer orders throughout the manufacturing process, provides up-to-date status reports, and ensures on-time shipping of orders
  • Process and enter new orders into the ERP system
  • Quote and process spare parts orders for customers
  • Work closely with the Sales and Leadership teams to share customer insights that inform additional product and service sales opportunities
  • Provide expert customer insight to product management, marketing and sales on what innovation and continuous improvement is needed in the user experience
  • Work alongside the Sales department and Account Executives to onboard and integrate new customers
  • Organize project meetings and various internal/external events

This is a full-time, on-site position in Cerritos, CA. Starting pay for this role is $25 per hour.

To be considered for the position, candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales support, or other administrative role; sales support experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish helpful
  • Ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with clients
  • Disciplined and organized with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines
  • MS Office and ERP system experience
  • Ability to think proactively and solve problems, limiting impact to production and delivery schedules
  • Collaborative and team-oriented player who thrives in a fun and fast paced environment
  • Growth mindset with a passion to learn and reach your full potential
