Staff Accountant

OLIPOP is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Accounting Team. The ideal candidate is someone with a growth mindset, eager to contribute to a fast-paced start-up environment and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Skills

GAAP knowledge
Microsoft Excel proficiency
ERP software experience
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
Support Sr Accountant with budget to actuals monthly reporting
Support AR Specialist with daily customer invoicing
Manage Sales Tax and Bottle Tax reporting
Assist with annual financial audit

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
