Olo’s Chief of Staff to the CEO will be responsible for leading corporate operations at Olo. Reporting to the CEO, this role will work closely with Olo’s CEO and leadership team to prioritize and execute on key company initiatives.The Chief of Staff will be involved in all aspects of Strategy & Operations as the CEO’s representative, lead all leadership meetings, and serve as the nucleus of the Operational Team. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will help the CEO prepare for partner and customer meetings, take on special projects on behalf of the CEO or C-Team/OT, and be actively involved in corporate communications, M&A, and investor relations as the CEO’s conduit. The ideal candidate will have a combination of analytical skills and strong emotional intelligence.
For this role, you will be required to work from our headquarters in NYC.

Compensation: Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $153,763 -220,449 annually, depending on the experience you bring and your location. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
