As a Senior Engineer on our Water Resources team, you will provide high-level technical support and lead QA/QC activities within a team. In this role, you will advise on complex projects and apply advanced experiences to independently make recommendations and decisions regarding project design work.
Key responsibilities a Senior Engineer can expect in this role include:
Project Design and Review: Provide high-level project design and review project documents to ensure design quality for complex projects
Research: Conduct research on topics of considerable scope and complexity
Advising and Directing: Advise and direct staff on design approaches to meet project requirements
Standards Development: Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for engineering activities within the team
Supervision: Supervise and review the technical assignments of less experienced staff
Our Water Resources team is looking for a candidate with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving experience, and decision-making capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess project management experience and exceptional technical writing skills.
A Senior Engineer on the Water Resources team can expect occasional travel to job sites for observation and to attend client meetings.
