The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Accounting & Finance procedures and practice. We are looking for a candidate who is detailed oriented, highly organized and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities• Assist in the month end close and forecasting for multiple entities.• Prepare, review, and submit journal entries for accruals, deferrals, and intercompany allocation of revenue/expenses/adjustments.• Review client budgets performance and investigate variance analysis.• Coordinate cross functionality with operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to validate revenue recognition.• Prepare utilization and client profitability analysis.• Review client contracts to ensure financial compliance.• Provide financial support to client account teams.• Prepare and review internal ad hoc reports for financial leadership.• Help identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.• Assist in all internal and external Audits.Qualifications• Finance/Accounting degree required;• 3+ years of FP&A or Audit experience required;• Licensed Certified Public Accountant a plus but not required;• Highly proficient in Excel including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, charts, etc.;• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;• Work well independently and on teams;• Tenacity to follow-through on open items to complete assignments and meet deadlines;• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and follow instructions.• Strong interpersonal skills to interact within team and across functions.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Experience in Client Finance and Financial Planning/Accounting preferably in Media and Advertising a plus.This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
