Manage CEO's calendar and schedule meetings across timezones
Travel management including bookings for CEO and Senior Leadership Team
Assist CEO with various queries and tasks
Maintain administrative processes
Prepare and manage reports for the leadership team
Organise events and offsite activities
Education
Proven work experience in a remote office management or operations role
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
