About the role: The Influencer Marketing Manager role at Omnisend is a pivotal position that blends creativity with strategic planning. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, particularly influencer marketing, and have a knack for building and nurturing relationships. As a member of the Affiliate&Influencer Marketing team, you'll work closely with a curated list of YouTube influencers to create high-quality content that aligns with Omnisend’s brand values and goals. This position requires an understanding of content creation, influencer dynamics, and performance analysis.

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies focused on engaging YouTube influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement;
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers in relevant niches, ensuring alignment with Omnisend’s brand and marketing objectives;
• Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality, authentic content that resonates with their audience while promoting Omnisend’s offerings;
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize ongoing and future influencer collaborations;
• Coordinate with internal teams (Comms&Creative, Digital Advertising, Product, etc.) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts;
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually refine and innovate our approach.

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with a focus on YouTube, or in a related marketing role;
• Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns and partnerships from inception to execution;
• Strong understanding of content creation processes and influencer dynamics on YouTube;
• Experience with campaign tracking, performance metrics, and data analysis to inform decision-making;
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with influencers and internal teams;
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
