Off-site SEO Specialist role at Omnisend is a crucial part of Omnisend’s success. This position is perfect for data-driven individuals who are passionate about ecommerce and marketing, have a problem-solving mindset, and strong technical and interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to work across organizational stakeholders and a research-based mindset. You’ll use all of your skills and knowledge to drive Organic traffic and be an important part of company growth.

• Develop and implement comprehensive link building strategies to improve rankings and increase website traffic
• Maintain already established processes of backlinking
• Provide new ideas and solutions to improve link building processes
• Manage and report on the success of partnership-driven SEO initiatives
• Have a good understanding of website authority and other quality metrics
• Have experience working with any industry-standard SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, etc)
• Have skills in collecting and analyzing a variety of SEO and performance-related data by using MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
• Have a growth mindset and look for ways to constantly improve and learn more
• Establish personal OKRs and contribute to team OKRs each quarter to ensure professional and organizational growth

• 2+ years experience in the SEO field
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing SEO campaigns or strategies
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical and research skills to be able to provide ideas for traffic and company growth
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment while being able to creatively solve problems and have experience turning ideas into action
