THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Onboarding and Launching Executive to our Client Success team in São Paulo!

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement and New Clients Launch Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Gympass for new clients, educating and driving company engagement with our products and services, and building internal relationships with related departments to ensure excellent implementation. Additionally, we expect the candidate to develop performance reports and identify process improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management, exceptional communication skills, and a customer success-oriented mindset.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Ensure effective launch of new clients, from handover between sales and relationship management teams to the reception and onboarding of accounts sold through indirect channel partners;
  • Build internal relationships with departments responsible for servicing clients, such as Wellness Engagement, CX, Operations, User Growth Marketing, and Fitness Partnerships, to develop growth strategies and meet client and Gympass goals;
  • Educate clients on the capabilities, updates, and future developments of Gympass products and services;
  • Develop weekly, quarterly, and annual client performance reports to ensure optimization of our product/service, proactively resolve demands, and meet client objectives;
  • Identify improvements and potential new services, staying updated on client needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
  • Manage risks for each client group and drive retention throughout the lifecycle of company portfolios;
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures for both new and existing client success.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Academic background in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in B2B service provider companies;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to build effective internal and external relationships;
  • Knowledge of the well-being, fitness, or related services industry is advantageous;
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage projects, and meet deadlines;
  • Results-oriented, with analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
  • Fluency in English is desirable.
