We're seeking an Onboarding Specialist - Backgrounds who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company. We're looking for someone to help support the team by staying compliant with new and current drivers and field techs. They will play a key role in the onboarding process for EquipmentShare new hires and current employees transitioning into DOT roles.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up DISA profiles and upload all required documents
  • Initiate all annual, quarterly and monthly/weekly reports from DISA.
  • Send emails/links to start the DQF process to the managers and employees
  • Monitor and coordinate completion process of DQF
  • Order drug test, DOT physicals and backgrounds - this includes Clearinghouse Query
  • Monitor pending drug tests and Backgrounds.
  • Communicates with onboarding staff about test results and other roadblocks that may impede hiring status.
  • Maintains Gulf Region Access for all current and new hires.
  • Assist with annual DOT requirements.
  • Assist the DQF team on any additional tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be detail oriented
  • Prompt follow-through required
  • Ability to make decisions in favor of the company
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both customers (applicants) and hiring managers as well as internal team members in both the HR department and beyond.
