Oncology Patient Experience Rep - Conneaut/Geneva - Full Time Days
Description
- Performs all duties in a courteous and effective manner, maintains positive relationship with all contacts, and coworkers .
- Responsible for the pre billing, billing, and certification process.
- In charge of patient medication assistance programs.
- Responsible for patient processes including greeting patients, registering patients, answering and triaging phone calls.
- Contribute toward daily operations of cancer center by assisting oncology nurse when needed, ordering supplies, assisting with chart preparation, and maintaining organized work environment.
- Acts as Patient Liaison, ensuring that care and services are provided as required, requested to support patient care across multiple departments in order to maintain superior levels of patient satisfaction.
- Assist with other projects and outreach activities as assigned.
- Basic patient care including vitals and rooming of patients
Qualifications
- High School Equivalent / GED
- 1 to 2 years health care experience
