Job Profile Summary The Recruiting Coordinator supports Talent Acquisition (TA) processes, programs and initiatives and is responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in supporting all TA processes and programs. Essential Functions And Responsibilities • Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics, including booking rooms and arranging video conference calls. • Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment to onboarding process. • Support administrative functions with managing candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates. • Assist with the creation and posting of job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media platforms. • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation when necessary. • Assist recruiters with relocation benefits. • Conduct pre-employment background checks and drug testing protocols, including reference checks and background screenings. • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including support for facilitating orientation sessions. • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including scheduling meeting, and handling correspondence. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process and timely feedback to candidates. • Assist College & Technical School recruiting team with related administrative tasks. • Responsible for weekly and monthly staffing related reports. • Assists with tracking recruiting related budget items and invoices. Education • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, other related field or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience Work Experience • Experience and training related to: • Employment practices and related governmental regulations • Interviewing skills (preferred) • Interpersonal/communication skills Knowledge, Skills And Abilities • Ability to: conduct employment interviews and analyze applicant information • Knowledge of: Applicant Tracking Systems or other web-based applications • Skills in: MS Office applications, MS Word, Excel and Outlook • Ability to: apply basic math • Ability to: compile, prepare and interpret information and reports pertaining to employee data, interview questions, applicant statistics, policies, procedures and correspondence • Ability to: develop information and make presentations to groups and individuals • Ability to: communicate and/or exchange written and verbal information or instructions Licenses and Certifications • None required Strength Factor Rating - Physical Demands/Requirements • Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
