Student Success Assistant / Special Needs Paraprofessional

OneSchool Global is seeking a dynamic and creative Student Support Assistant / Special Needs Paraprofessional for our Minneapolis Campus (located in Lakeville)! The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students who have additional nees.   Key Responsibilities: Provide physical assistance, including lifts and transfers, to ensure the student's mobility and comfort. Assist with feeding and other daily living activities. Facilitate communication using the student's augmented device. Teach English and Math curricula as developed by a certified teacher. Collaborate with the local team to address the student's needs and support inclusive instruction. Maintain accurate records of the student's progress and activities. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.   Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in education, special education is an asset. Experience working with individuals with physical disabilities. Familiarity with augmented communication devices is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring.
