Customer Success Architect (backend)
OneTrust is seeking a Customer Success Architect to act as a strategic advisor in their Privacy/GRC/Compliance product portfolio, helping customers achieve value while using OneTrust solutions.
Skills
- Technical experience in API, Python, Java, Ruby, PHP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple strategic engagements
Responsibilities
- Establish Trusted Advisor status with senior business and technology leaders
- Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents
- Lead strategic workshops to develop solution recommendations
- Deliver thought leadership through webinars and presentations
- Provide strategic subject matter expertise in advisory sessions
- Collaborate with external teams on roadmaps
- Advocate for customers with the Product organization
Education
- BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
