Customer Success Architect, Privacy
OneTrust is seeking a Customer Success Architect specializing in Privacy Management to provide strategic support to customers in navigating complex privacy regulations.
Skills
- Customer-facing consulting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with privacy, security, compliance concepts.
- Strong presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Establish Trusted Advisor status with senior business and technology leaders.
- Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents.
- Lead strategic workshops and develop high-level solution recommendations.
- Deliver thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and learning events.
- Provide strategic subject matter expertise through advisory sessions.
- Collaborate with external teams to align roadmaps with strategic business goals.
Education
- BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
