Principal Business Systems Analyst
OneTrust is a market leader in trust technology, unlocking the potential of data and AI securely. We seek a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead our HRIS team in optimizing and automating Workday features.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional efforts to analyze and address business opportunities.
- Provide mentoring on Workday to team members and business partners.
- Act as primary point of contact for Workday-related requests and issues.
- Supports roadmap planning for People Team initiatives.
- Build out best practices using cost-effective solutions and trends.
- Drive resolutions for business risks and inefficiencies.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Workday Pro Certification (preferred)
