Are you a seasoned project manager with expertise in the end-to-end link-building and outreach process, grounded in SEO principles?

Due to our exponential growth, we are looking for an experienced Link Builder and Outreach Manager to be an integral part of our SEO team.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Oversee Link Building Processes: Lead all link-building stages from briefing (internal & external) through execution, quality assurance, and escalation management, ensuring optimal results. 
  • Data-Driven Cost Optimisation: Monitor and control costs for all link-building initiatives by managing budgets and vendor relationships supported by Google Sheets proficiency to track budgets, manage costs, and innovate product opportunities aligned with company goals. 
  • Client Strategy and Analysis: Monthly analysis of client subsets to recalibrate link-building strategies in line with objectives, using Google Sheets to manage and present actionable insights. 
  • Market Analysis and SWOT: Conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis every six months to assess our offerings and uncover new link-related market opportunities. 
  • Idea Development: Collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas for enhancing link-building efforts. 
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen vendor partnerships to maximise efficiency and outcomes. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of link-building experts, fostering growth and excellence. 
  • Goal Setting and Evaluation: Drive team success by managing and evaluating performance, with Google Sheets as a key tool for tracking team KPI metrics and deliverables. 
  • Uphold Company Values: Act as a champion for our Purpose, Vision, and Values across all initiatives. 
  • Digital Project Management: Proven experience in project management, budget management, and client briefings within a digital marketing agency setting. 
  • Google Sheets Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for managing data, budgets, and project timelines, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis. 
  • SEO Understanding: Knowledge of SEO principles, with an appreciation for digital content strategy and offsite SEO. 
  • Process-Oriented: Strong ability to handle the full link-building process, from briefing to proofing, final execution and delivery verification. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, ensuring seamless workflow and timely project delivery. 
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills for both team collaboration and client communication. 
  • Team-Centric Leader: A positive, people-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
