About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled General Accountant to manage the end-to-end accounting processes for US-based companies. Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Manage AP/AR processes, including billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records.
  • Month-End and Year-End Closings: Ensure timely and accurate financial closings, including journal entries and adjustments.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting & Tracking: Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and track financial performance against projections.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to US GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Software Utilization: Work efficiently using accounting platforms like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, SAP, and similar tools.
