We are seeking a Business Manager to support Business Unit Talent Acquisition Leads as part of the Talent Acquisition organization within Human Capital Management (HCM), with resource management, performance reporting, data analysis and other related activities. The candidate is expected to demonstrate expertise in foundational accounting, recruiting, data & analytics and operational processes and will be expected to partner closely and develop relationships with the Talent Acquisition Leads, Recruiting Business Partners, Business Leaders and Sponsors, HR Partners, to define and address the most critical strategic and operating initiatives specific to HCM. The candidate will be comfortable to step into an evolving organization and will have coverage across the Americas with liaison of both regional and global stakeholders as well as partner in regional initiatives.

Salary $80 -$90k yearly
- Reporting: Conduct in-depth research, develop quantitative analyses, and synthesize information to provide recommendations through concise and compelling deliverables. Support with people metric reporting, tracking, expense and saving analysis and the preparation of briefing materials, developing executive communications. The candidate should be proficient in power point skills and quickly be able to turn information into well-structured recommendations to influence senior stakeholders.
- Organizational Governance & Other: understand experienced and campus recruiting including outsourcing models and support organizational activities including cost center and department structure maintenance, related leadership presentations, policies and objectives, and other ad-hoc activities.
- Project Management: Ensuring projects reflect the business targets and structure for how the Book of Work is being delivered, monitor target deliverables and allocations accordingly. Provide analytical and process support to TA leaders and deliver excellent customer service through actionable solutions, which enables stakeholders in the organization to evaluate and make strategic decisions, to drive commercial success.
- Resource Management: Support recruiting management on overall resource management including work-force strategy execution and scenario planning, hire approvals and tracking, on-boarding and off-boarding resources, contingent worker compliance, space management/planning, staffing oversight and related activities.
- Financial Administration: Support recruiting management with financial understanding including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, allocations, vendor demand, invoicing and accruals, optimization, and training. Assisting with various projects related to Budgeting, Forecasting and Allocations.
- Ability to influence in a matrix environment, and drive change throughout the organization, across departments and levels.
- Experience with resource level headcount and financial budgeting.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint including Pivot Tables, vlookups, embedded formulas, and data manipulation
- Strong understanding of financial principles such as accrual basis accounting
- Demonstrated ability to create concise and clear management reporting with micro and macro context
- Experience in project management, human resources, accounting, or communications within a matrixed environment.
- Ability to translate and communicate business strategy

- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to implement structure where needed including challenging processes and issues
