The Senior Manager makes a strategic impact both within AMS and for our large, global clients.
Executive Influence – the Senior Manager works closely with clients’ key leaders, whether the CHRO or head of talent or head of talent acquisition, we serve as trusted advisors in areas the clients need us most. Interprets and understands clients’ aims and drivers behind a project / assignment. Actively seeks feedback and measures customer satisfaction throughout the life of a project.
People Leadership – the Senior Manager might lead a team of consultants with varying levels of experience and expertise. As their leader, they are responsible for providing performance feedback and career guidance and create a positive employee experience.
Thought Leadership – the Senior Manager couples external experiences with AMS’s tools and methods and readily shares both. Acts as a role model both internally and with external clients. Conducts post project reviews to continue to hone methodologies to provide the best client experience and outcomes.
Project Management – the Senior Manager provides leadership and oversight to project delivery teams of varying size, scale and complexity, determining resource needs, budget requirements and ensures deliverable execution based on our contractual requirements.
Delivery Excellence – the Senior Manager monitors project performance and ensures delivery within time and budget, taking ownership for the commercial and business impact of the decisions made. The Senior Manager is expected to own key client relationships and the overall project team, guiding and coaching both the client and AMS resources to ensure that the overall program is delivered.
Business Development – the Senior Manager demonstrated expertise within talent acquisition (as a generalist or specialist in a sub-area of TA, such as TA technology) and leverages relationships within the market to support business development by providing recommended approaches/solutions in response to identified client needs.
