Job Details
  • Provide support for all ITS essential Onsite Support Leased Wi-Fi, Printer, Network equipment, Installation, Server Room, Workstations, etc.
  • Monitor and improve the performance & competitiveness of the regional ITS Service Desk.
  • Ensure processes around user and asset inventories are followed on a daily basis.
  • Implement, deploy and operate global processes and tools.
  • Ensure efficient management of onsite requests, incidents and problems generated from the Service Desk/Process tools, including escalations.
  • Coordinate with team members, stakeholders as per requirement.
  • Good written & Verbal communication skills.
