Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands.We’re looking to hire a Sr. UX Designer (contract) for an American multinational finance company.You’ll join the User Experience Team of Designers, Front End Developers, Product Managers, to adopt inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines.• This is a 6 month opportunity which has the potential to extend.• Must have experience in Web Enterprise Design Systems and Dashboards.• Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3x a week).Responsibilities:• Create web first user experience projects, develop artifacts including project plans, diagrams, journeys, conceptual prototypes for dashboards, design systems, new and redesign of pre-designed complex forms,• Develop and execute design/research strategies, diagram service flows, product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather feedback from user research from interviews.Requirements:• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise User Experience Design creating user journeys, storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes for design systems and dashboards.• Design leadership or managerial experience is a plus.• Excellent facilitator who designs and runs workshops, includes stakeholders (technology, product, legal, risk, etc.).• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines,Perks & Benefits:• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Life Insurance• 401k Program• Commuter Benefit• eLearning• Education Reimbursement• Ongoing Training & Development• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.To learn more about this Sr. UX Designer opportunity, apply now.
