Inside Sales Representative

Ooma empowers people to connect in smarter ways through their cloud-based communication solutions. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to nurture and qualify leads, making sales-ready opportunities through consistent outreach.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experience with consultative sales
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and e-mail to nurture, qualify and sell prospects
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads
  • Coordinate a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily
  • Use consultative sales approach to determine customer needs
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect/customer objections
  • Manage pipeline of prospective customers through entire sales cycle

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
