Inside Sales Representative

Ooma empowers people to connect in smarter ways through their cloud-based communication solutions. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to nurture and qualify leads, making sales-ready opportunities through consistent outreach.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Good organizational skills
Experience with consultative sales
Knowledge of telecommunications industry

Responsibilities

Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and e-mail to nurture, qualify and sell prospects
Prospect, educate and qualify leads
Coordinate a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily
Use consultative sales approach to determine customer needs
Successfully manage and overcome prospect/customer objections
Manage pipeline of prospective customers through entire sales cycle

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
