Technical Support Representative

Ooma empowers people through their cloud-based communication platform, providing solutions for both small businesses and individual customers. They are looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist with customer inquiries and technical issues.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support as the first line of contact.
Troubleshoot and solve Tier 1 issues, escalating where needed.
Assist customers in using the platform and designing call flows.
Be on-call for support during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education

Post-Secondary education preferred
