As Opal’s User Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, driving Opal’s reach and engagement across global markets through creative, performance-focused campaigns. Your expertise in UA, combined with your innovative mindset, will be instrumental in our mission to help people reclaim focus through reduced screen time.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead UA Strategy & Optimization: Take ownership of our user acquisition across Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, and other channels, ensuring a Day 30 ROAS above 100%.
Expand Opal’s Reach: Scout for new ad channels and experiment with fresh strategies on existing platforms to keep our growth scalable and profitable.
Analyze and Report Performance: Regularly analyze campaign data, create profitability projections, and provide insights to the creative team to optimize our impact.
Manage Budgets & Targeting: Own budgets, audience segmentation, targeting, and creative strategies across platforms to maximize engagement and ROI.
Run Targeted Campaign Tests: Execute A/B tests across demographics, platforms, and formats to continuously refine our targeting and drive performance improvements.
Who You Are:
Analytical & Growth-Minded: You’re results-driven, with a talent for transforming data into actionable insights, and have a proven track record of running high-performing campaigns.
Creative & Resourceful: You’re not afraid to try unconventional approaches, explore new ad channels, and test creative solutions to grow our user base.
Collaborative & Transparent: Clear communication and transparency come naturally, and you work well with cross-functional teams to amplify campaign success.
Calm & Solution-Oriented: You’re resilient, approaching challenges with a cool head and a proactive mindset to find solutions and meet your goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps or games, with extensive hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google/YouTube, Apple, and TikTok.
Advanced Ad Platform Knowledge: Skilled in attribution frameworks like SKAN and Meta’s framework, plus web attribution. Email and SMS campaign experience is a bonus.
Analytical Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills and a proven ability to calculate and project campaign profitability.
Growth Mindset: Track record of successfully scaling UA campaigns and optimizing budget spend for high returns.
English Fluency (spoken and written).
