Sr Front End Application Architect

Job Title: Senior Front End Application ArchitectLocation: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week - Tuesday & Wednesday)Employment Type: ContractJob Description:We are seeking a Senior Front End Application Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and strategy for modern web front ends across multiple portfolios. You will collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to ensure that our front-end applications are efficient, scalable, and meet the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:• Architectural Leadership: Assess the current state and propose target state architecture for existing web front ends.• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Front end Development: Lead the development and improvement of web front ends, ensuring best practices in design, development, and deployment.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio architects and developers to assess and improve web front ends across multiple portfolios.• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and suggest appropriate technical solutions.• Compliance & Security: Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and security policies.Required Qualifications:• UI Frameworks: Strong experience with at least two modern UI frameworks (preferably Vue and React; Angular is a plus).• JavaScript/Typescript: Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS.• Computer Science Background: Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.• Web Technologies: Experience with DOM, Web APIs, Node.js, and NPM.• Testing: Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest.• Experience: Proven experience in front-end architecture and development.Preferred Qualifications:• UI Frameworks: Experience with all three major UI frameworks (Vue, React, Angular).• Data Visualization: Familiarity with D3.js or other data visualization libraries.Top Soft Skills:• Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.• Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.• Leadership: Independent and able to provide guidance to teams on technical matters.Team & Work Environment:• Team Size: 12• Work Setup: Hybrid 2 days onsite (Tuesday and Wednesday)• Day-to-Day Expectations: Collaborate with squads, analyze front ends, propose improvements, document issues, and work on data analytics tasks.Interview Process:• Interview Length: Up to 2-2.5 hours (based on performance)• Format: 1 interview session with potential follow-ups involving team managers if needed.Why Join Us?• Competitive Pay• Dynamic Team: Work with a talented team of architects and developers on cutting-edge projects.• Growth Opportunities: Engage in complex, high-impact projects that will challenge and develop your skills.How to Apply:If you meet the qualifications and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact, please submit your resume and complete the screener questions.
