Homes Project Manager

Opendoor is looking for a Homes Project Manager to join their team in the Boston, MA market. The ideal candidate will manage all repair-related services for Opendoor homes and ensure an exceptional customer experience in the home buying and selling process.

Skills

Residential construction/renovation management experience
Estimating residential construction and renovation projects
Strong technical and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and deadlines

Responsibilities

Review neighborhood conditions and home comparables for due diligence processes
Create repair and renovation scopes for local vendors
Manage the execution of repair and renovation scopes within budget and quality standards
Prepare homes for listing and address quality issues before resale
Support closing team in determining repair asks during resale

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
