We deliver what we promise and learn along the way.We’re Looking For:We are seeking a Financial Analyst with experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and strategic decision support. You will be part of a dynamic FP&A team responsible for driving planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will be involved in collaborating closely with business unit executive leadership teams, controllers, and staff members to provide financial insights and support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and building FP&A foundations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in FP&A, with expertise in revenue analysis and working with global marketplaces generating significant revenue.Candidates will be required to work in our Carmel, IN HQ office from Tuesday - Thursday, with the option to work remotely Monday and Friday.You Are:Proactive. You posess exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment across different functions and business units.You Will:Support the financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning process.Maintain financial models for sales forecasts and product profitability analysis.Prepare presentations and materials for senior management meetings, such as monthly business reviews and forecast review meetings.Take the lead in conducting operational and financial reviews at the end of each month.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics to assess efficiency across the businesses.Prepare, review, and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.Provide analytical support to senior management.Create executive presentations and materials.Participate in or lead special projects as needed.Assist with additional special projects as assigned by the manager.Support the investor relations function.Must Have's:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.3+ years of experience in roles including, but not limited to:Investment BankingTransaction Services at a Big Four Accounting FirmFP&A Role at Large Company (plus if company is public)Rotation Program Participants/GraduatesFinancial AuditorUnderstanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and key performance indicators.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets and draw concise conclusions.Proficient in advanced Excel functions, such as Pivots, SUMIFS, IF/THEN statements, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.Nice to Have's:Experience with DOMO.What We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision benefits with employer HSA contributions (US) and FSA options (US)Immediately vested 401K (US) or RRSP (Canada) with company matchPaid Vacation, Personal, and Sick TimePaid maternity and paternity leave (US)Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&DRobust Employee Assistance ProgramEmployer paid Leap into Service Day to volunteerTuition Reimbursement for eligible programsOpportunities to expand your skill set and share your knowledge across a publicly traded, global organizationCompany culture of internal promotions, diverse career paths, and rapid advancementCompensation Range ofAnnual Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)Sound like a match?
