Responsibilities

Strategically develop and lead a global privacy program
Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams
Counsel on product, privacy, and regulatory matters
Identify and address legal risks and mitigations
Review, negotiate, and draft privacy agreements
Develop and maintain subject-matter expertise in privacy and consumer protection

Education

J.D. from a nationally or internationally-recognized law school
Admitted to the bar in one US state
CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM or equivalent certification preferred
