As a Telehealth Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare support to patients, ensuring they receive the education, counseling, and treatment plans they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and counsel patients on health conditions and treatment plans through virtual consultations.
• Develop and provide personalized treatment plans and medical guidelines.
• Manage preventive care, and conduct pre and post-operative televisit consultations.
• Perform routine evaluations and assessments via digital platforms.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns or questions promptly.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN), NP, Holistic Practitioner, etc.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using digital health tools and technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
