In this pivotal role, you will achieve and exceed personal revenue targets through direct pipeline generation, closing, and managing the ongoing growth of your named Global System Integrators (GSIs). You will sell-to, with a quota-carrying responsibility, focusing on our Carbonite Availability, Recover/DRaaS, and Migrate solutions (ARM). These solutions provide GSIs with data protection, disaster recovery, and cloud migration options, enhancing service quality at scale in an always-on business environment. Your mission is to expand our ARM footprint in the GSI market and support growth in the enterprise market.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by driving sales progress through a strategic process.• Sell across GSIs, building go-to-market business plans to develop, grow, and cultivate ARM opportunities within named GSI accounts.• Establish and nurture executive-level and strategic relationships within your named accounts.• Work effectively in internal and external cross-functional team settings, partnering with an assigned Solutions Engineer to build your business.• Represent our ARM portfolio at virtual and in-person trade shows and industry-related events to solicit new target accounts.• Coordinate and deliver sales and technical enablement to GSI delivery teams, ensuring our solutions are top of mind for RFPs and cloud migration projects.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED• Minimum10+ years of enterprise sales management experience, preferably in the GSI/SI space, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to manage a sales process from pipeline generation to closing new business.• Deep understanding of Carbonite and Webroot value propositions, able to tell the cyber resiliency story and articulate how the ARM portfolio strengthens that position.• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis, and provide Quarterly Business Reviews for your business.• Willingness to travel up to 50% (when permissible), with easy airport access.• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with global systems integrators (GSI).SALARY STATEMENT:This job is expected to pay a minimum of $140,000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.
