About the Role:
As an Operations Associate, you will work at the frontlines of Capsule's mission to build a better, nicer, kinder, smarter pharmacy to make life simpler and healthier for everyone. You will serve as an integral part of the pharmacy fulfillment team by packaging prescription orders and preparing them for delivery to our customers.
- Receive, stow, and pack customer orders.
- Report any discrepancies to the manager and manage department inventory.
- Coordinate with Capsule teams to ensure we deliver on customer's expectations and ensure an amazing customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Master our internal operating system: develop full operational knowledge and understanding of pharmacy operations, adhering to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
- Work with the pharmacy operations team to meet or exceed company goals and priorities.
Pay: $16/hr

Requirements:
- You have a high school diploma / GED.
- You are able to stand for up to 8 hours and can lift and carry up to 10 lbs throughout the duration of your shift.
- You are able to interact with confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- You possess strong attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
