Litigation Associate - Mid-Level

Goodwin seeks highly qualified 3rd - 6th year public M&A litigation associates to join our Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. Candidates must have securities litigation experience with disputes arising out of mergers and acquisitions involving publicly-traded companies, pre- and post-closing shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, Section 220 books and records demands, disclosure counseling and Delaware Court of Chancery rules and procedures.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
