Role Overview

We are looking for:

  • Candidates to provide clerical support to the Operations & Maintenance Department.


We count on you for:

  • Initiating, maintaining, and closing process orders in SAP.
  • Reviewing completed production paperwork for completion and accuracy.
  • Providing clerical support to the Operations Department.
  • Maintaining the Operations Department archives.
  • Running material balance on finished goods and raw materials.
  • Running check sheets and closing for accounting.
  • Scanning and filing completed production paperwork.
  • Verifying all process orders at the end of the month for proper accounting.
  • Scanning and filing bill of ladings and related shipping/receiving paperwork.
  • Scanning and filing raw material receipts for the Plant Scheduler.
  • Requisitioning MRO items.
  • Ordering MRO items on a credit card and reconciling the statement monthly.
  • Receiving nitrogen, CO2, and service items in SAP.
  • Maintaining files on MRO items and vendors for reordering.
  • Maintaining Forklift and Radio contract services and assisting in contract administration.
  • Printing bulk lists weekly and reconciling transactions as needed.
  • Assisting the warehouse in cycle counts and performing bulk cycle counts monthly.
  • Acting as an ISO Document Control Clerk for the operations department.
  • Completing annual training as outlined in the Training Matrix.
  • Maintaining a monthly utilities report.
  • Leading tactical implementation plan (TIP) improvement projects.
  • Being trained as a backup to the Technical Assistant.
  • Scanning and filing completed maintenance department paperwork.
  • Performing other assigned duties.

You will bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Competency in or willingness to learn the SAP system.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and react to changing priorities.
  • Ability to assess, prioritize, and resolve plant issues.
  • Good communication skills.

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
