Operations Intern - Berlin / Porto (m/w/d)

As a Crypto Custodian, we provide world-class customer service to our rapidly growing customer base across the globe. We are seeking a highly driven Customer- / Business Operations Intern to join our team. As part of Finoa’s Operations team, you will help us to reach our mission: “Fostering customer-centricity, productivity, and excellence across every part of the business”. You will manage different tasks and challenges within the Operations department, giving you breadth and depth of experience unrivaled in almost any other job and the chance to have an impact on Finoa’s success. You will receive hands-on training from the team and develop your analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.

What you will be doing

• Identify and monitor key business and customer operational tasks.

• Create reporting strategies to track Customer Operation related matters. Including data analysis, reviewing transactions, and preparing reconciliation overviews.

• Provide operational support with Customer Onboarding and Customer Support in their core work.

• Help on cross-functional tasks and initiatives that support Finoa’s global growth.

• Be part of and assist the Business Operations team in all aspects of their operational duties which include: Sourcing, Procurement, and Vendor Management activities as well as Project Coordination (e.g. New-Product-Processes).

• Partner with colleagues to establish and implement critical operational processes.

• Provide additional ad hoc operational support to additional business partners as necessary.

• 4th Semester Bachelor or higher in the field of Management, Economics, or other related disciplines. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience is a bonus.

• Critical problem-solving ability with advanced research abilities.

• Analytical, communication, and presentation skills as well as taking initiative are among your strengths. An affinity for numbers and very good excel skills are desirable.

• Prior experience in startups, project management, analytical roles, and/or cryptocurrency-related roles is a bonus.

• You have a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mindset by using data to support your decisions.

• You are a blessed communicator. Fluently speaking and writing English and German.

• You are an EU resident or visa holder, able to spend time in Berlin or Porto.
