We are currently looking for an Operations Intern in Germany, who is ready to start an exciting career in real-estate management and support us with a wide variety of functions:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assist Operations Managers and Property Managers in their daily tasks, including account and property management of our entire portfolio in Germany
• Be the contact person for owners, asset managers and tenants
• Run the day-to-day operations of our properties
• Take over and lead small projects such as digital key management roll-out all around Germany
• Streamline local operations and set-up new processes
• Prepare handover and return of residential units
  
• Assist with tenant claims management
  
• Keep the administrative flows and online database management in order
• Check and approve utility bills

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Recent graduate, ideally in the area of real estate or commercial management
  
• Experience with Google Suite
• Fluent level of German and English
• Flexibility and attention to details
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
  
• Growth mindset, curious and adaptable personality
