Operations Manager - job 2 of 2

Outlook Group is seeking an Operations Manager to be part of our growing team. The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years of operations management experience with a background in Flexographic Printing or Contract Packaging. This is an upward trajectory position that is strategic to our short- and long-term planning.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Employee development and retention
• Evaluate and develop training programs that maintain employee engagement

• Safety and Environmental
• Ensure a safe work environment is maintained while keeping a focus on environmental compliance/regulatory requirements

• Efficiencies
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
• Instill a proactive approach to production constraints

• Customer satisfaction
• Work with the team to maintain and improve product quality and on-time delivery

• Strategic planning
• Assist with budgeting process as it relates to labor and capital investment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of progressive management experience
• Manufacturing leadership

• Proven history of performance in the following areas:

• Process Improvement
• Employee Development
