Operations Manager, Business Applications

Join Aprio's Advisory team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.

Practice Controls & Software Maintenance

  • Serve as main point of contact across the department for standard procedures, which software is used for what, know the process for creating contracts, document storage, etc.
  • Communicate with software vendors and support teams as needed to maintain day to day operations for the Business Applications team

Contractor Management

  • Reach out to current 1099 contractors to request weekly/monthly timesheets as needed.
  • Enter timesheets into various internal time tracking and project management tools (AutoTask, Practice Engine, etc.).
  • Ensure time is accurately coded to project tasks, milestones, correct client code and client contract.

Practice Financials & Planning

  • Tracking and report weekly job costing.
  • Gather forecasting information from HubSpot.
  • Gather Marketing and ROI data from various systems.
  • Produce profitability and revenue reports.

Administrative

  • Participate in internal meetings, presentations, reporting, initiatives.
  • Help team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to Aprio’s established processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in sales, operations, customer success or management of business applications.
  • Experience in management of a business unit.
  • Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
  • Team player and willingness to learn.
  • Strong understanding of financials, accounting, and FP&A methods.
  • Expert with excel.
  • Comfortable self teaching new software applications and following tutorials.
  • Strong Attention to detail / ability to manage a wide variety of tasks.
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
