Responsibilities:

• Focus on manufacturing related projects such as kanban management, visual management, scrap recovery and 5S.
• Job shadow production supervisors.
• Understands all emergency procedures and can implement when necessary.
• Maintains consistent application of all policies and procedures.
• Drives improvement activities through support groups.
• Meets all auditing requirements for the position (LPA, BBS, 5S, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Supports team leads to execute efficiency projects

Qualifications:

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or related field
