Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Press/Cell
Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
Record all defects and scrap
Record pieces produced
Complete all required paperwork
Practice safety at all times
Perform special instructions/requests as determined by the Supervisor
Requirements:
Must be able to stand for an 8-12 hour shift
Must be able to lift up to 10-20 pounds occasionally
Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
Must be able to reach into press and pull parts from mold
Must be able to stoop or bend to clean mold
Must be willing to rotate jobs
Must be available to work any shift as assigned
Must be able to run all compounds
Attendance is mandatory and must be on time for work
Must be willing to work overtime when needed
Must practice good housekeeping
Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by Supervisor
