Depending on the role that is best suited to your background and interests, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentation and manage the work of Analysts. Managers provide client project delivery management, relationship management and team leadership. Directors provide client engagement delivery oversight, key relationship management, team leadership, business development, and program management.
Qualifications
U.S. Citizen or Non-US Citizen with a Permanent Resident Card, Temporary Work Visa, Employment Authorization Card, or other official documentation issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services with 7 years of US residency.
Must be able to pass the clients background check.
This role requires daily interaction and communication with client resources and Huron team members.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking application assistance and should have database, architecture, functional and technical experience in the time and labor and absence management, reporting and interface with other systems.

Experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud Absence Management and Oracle Cloud Time & Labor

Experience using Jira ticketing tool.

Responsible for regression testing new releases and providing client with any new feature recommendations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A willingness for collaboration is required.

Ability to prioritize assigned work and provide updates daily.

Interest in supporting a government agency.
Post-pandemic willingness to travel from 0 up to 50% depending on project
requirements.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 - $147,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
