Please contact us to request accommodation.As the Field Digital Program Manager in the Oracle Construction and Engineering Global Industry Unit, you will be responsible for optimizing within and across digital channels. You will work closely with the regional field marketers and corporate marketing to deliver pipeline leveraging paid search, paid social, SEO, website content optimization, email acquisition and nurture.You will work cross-functionally to align on C&E global website page optimization, through leveraging analytics and testing and drive demand through paid and organic channels. You will have experience in demand capture and nurturing through digital channels and budget optimization. You will also have experience working in a global organization, understanding the scope of localization and regionalization of website content.Career Level - IC4Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesProgram Management:Digital Demand Generation:Lead Paid Search and SEO strategy specific to industry unit, reporting and optimizationLead and implement website regionalization strategy and translation projectsLead and implement website content updates, testing and optimizationProduce monthly reporting to optimize conversation rate through testingManage and maintain organic and paid social calendars and projectsManage digital budgetMarketing Automation Nurture Management:Own global nurture strategy, track performance and optimization of nurturesManage industry topic scoring and nurturing processes to ensure leads are properly qualifiedManage database reach and frequency, recommend e-mail marketing programs, distribution lists, audience targetingWork closely with regional marketing teams to align automation strategies with overall business goalsProvide training/documentation for best practices for effective digital marketing automationSupport 1:many ABM motions with marketing automation toolsDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum.
