Job DescriptionThis role offers the opportunity to have a positive impact on the success of our Oracle Health Sellers. As a Trainer/facilitator you will be responsible to impact learners through compelling content and consistent, engaging delivery. You will collaborate with numerous teams across Oracle Health to develop and facilitate continuous learning.This network will increase your understanding of what is needed to prepare Sellers to ensure high-performance. You will need proven training, facilitation, leadership experience, and a growing and operational mind-set.Success in the role is measured by your ability to train and develop Sellers, demonstrate gold-standard facilitation, and maintain high learner and employee satisfaction. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.
