Job DescriptionDevelop and execute processes for multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and event marketingCollaborate cross-functionally across the business to align campaigns to overall business objectivesPartner with all managers to ensure the strategy and execution of all demand generation needs for their programsAnalyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.Report on performance and continued methods of improvementResponsibilitiesManages a team of events specialists in support of objectives and strategies for the overall effectiveness and execution of campaigns for events globally. Held accountable to map campaigns to influenced and direct pipeline. Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Manages and executes Works with internal/external resources to obtain needed materials and services.Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections of the business. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Business management experience, and Marketing experience in the high-tech industry preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. 2 - 5 years previous people management experience. Professional credentials in Marketing.
