Job DescriptionThe Oracle Communications Global Industries Unit is a leading provider of Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS) and Network solutions to the communications market.We are looking for a seasoned expert who is very familiar with the use of TMF ODA & TMF Open APIs in an Order to Cash solution, and how to integrate solutions based on TMF-aligned business processes. The role will be both inward-facing and outward-facing. The inward-facing portion is to work with Oracle product managers, architects and development teams in defining requirements and acting as a SAFe Product Owner for key capabilities. The outward-facing portion will involve working directly with customers, and work in TMF working groups and collaboration projects to represent and promote Oracle, which will require strong communication skills.Career Level - IC5ResponsibilitiesThis posting is for a Product Manager position, where the Product Manager acts as the central resource and driving force for the requirements, definition, test and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to GA to EOL.The applicant should demonstrate:- 10+ years of Technical Product Management experience- Experience with Order to Cash applications, including CRM, Billing and Order Management - ideally including customer deployment experience- TMF Certification is a must- Excellent Communications domain knowledge- Strong experience with the software product development life cycle- Ability to work with customers, sales, support, product management, partners and in a virtual team- Ability to be a product evangelist with customers - serve as a senior product leader both internally at Oracle and externally- Knowledge of communications networks technologies & services and cloud native applicationsThe work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.- 11 paid holidays- Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year.
