• Originating, structuring and monitoring Export Finance, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking and Receivables Supply Chain Finance transactions in the US.

• Target clients will be Corporate, Governmental entities, MNCs, and local and international financial institutions.

  Transaction Banking:

• Manages a portfolio of clients for ITB (both Corporates and MNCs) in close coordination with Coverage
• Provides clients with a comprehensive range of products.
• Identifies opportunities, structure transactions and prepare term sheets and offers.
• Prepares and submits Business Opportunity Memorandum (BOMs) for New York and Paris Business Committees.
• Contributes to credit process, sponsoring and defending credit files.
• Negotiates documentation (in conjunction with legal counsel where applicable).

• 
  Ensures close monitoring of transactions post-closing, in close coordination with MO
• Work with ITB management in the implementation of the strategy in the country, through the definition of commercial targets and products to be marketed.

• 
  Follow-up of portfolio
• Support in the preparation of the budget
• Contribution to increase revenues and profitability

Critères de candidature

Niveau d'étude minimum

Bac + 3 / L3

Formation / Spécialisation
• Upper education
• +10 years of relevant experience with knowledge of Export Finance, Trade Finance and Receivables/Supply Chain Finance

Niveau d'expérience minimum

11 ans et plus
