Job Summary:The chosen candidate will serve as the primary link between healthcare provider (HCP) customers and cross-functional teams, namely Medical (CSSs), Market Access (HSAMs), and Patient Support (PELs). This will require exceptional knowledge of complex on-label information based on approved content, in addition to working within strict guidelines.Educational Initiatives for HCPs:• Co-pay requirements can also significantly impact patients' ability to access products in their local markets, as higher co-pays may deter patients from seeking treatment• Providing accurate and consistent information that aligns with the label is critical to meeting regulatory requirements and protecting the safety and health of consumers• Discharge protocols are also an important aspect of patient care. These protocols are designed to ensure a smooth transition of care from the hospital to the patients home or another healthcare setting. They typically provide information on medication management, follow-up appointments, and other important details• The ability to adequately connect providers with on-demand CSSs in real-time as inquiries arise• Customer engagement, using reliable digital means, is of utmost importance in today's business environment. Through various virtual tools, customers can be reached and directed to colleagues where required (e.g., CSS) while ensuring the closing of the customer's request loop and gaining feedback on the level of engagement provided• Thought leaders in the healthcare industry play a crucial role in shaping the future of care. This information can be used to inform business goals and strategies at the local and global levelsQualification:• Candidates must have at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales• Living within a range of no more than 50 miles from the predominant urban center in the sales territory is a must• Those interested in this position must possess a background in cross-functional work within commercial life sciences, either in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, or another industry that includes communication with crucial healthcare ecosystem players like payers and health systems• We are looking for a sales expert who has spent a minimum of four years working with healthcare professionals, representing several unique products and navigating a complex environment.
